MOSS ACQUIRES COMPANY BRANCH OF MARTINENGHI

On September 9, Moss completed an important transaction to initiate a phase of further company growth and market expansion. The operation consisted in the establishment of Martinenghi and the entering in its capital with a majority stake to complete the acquisition of Martinenghi company branch. Martinenghi is an hystorical firm founded in 1946 and active in the field of machines for the production of collapsible tubes, aerosol cans, and rigid containers made of aluminium as well as of machines for the high-speed digital printing on different hollow cylindrical containers.

PIOVAN CLOSES THE FIRST HALF OF 2021 WITH SATISFACTION

The Board of Directors of Piovan approved the consolidated half-year financial report as of June 30, 2021. In the first half of 2021 Piovan Group reports revenue and other income of 145.9 million euros, increasing by 42.2% from 102.6 million euros in the first half of 2020. Revenue by market indicates that Plastic revenue increased by 34.4% compared to the same period of the previous year, which had been impacted by the Covid-19 travel restrictions and consequent delays in the delivery and installation of certain orders.
