AMBIENTA ACQUIRES MOBERT TO CREATE LEADING PLAYER IN MACHINERY FOR SUSTAINABLE BAGS

Europe’s largest sustainability-focused private equity investor, Ambienta, announced the acquisition of Mobert, which in combination with Amutec will create In.Pack Machinery. In line with its strategy of applying environmental sustainability trends to investing, Ambienta invested in Amutec, a leading manufacturer of machinery to produce biodegradable and recycled bags, in August 2019.

The construction of the new HRSflow site is now drawing to an end with an area of approximately 3,000 sqm: a significant expansion for the San Polo headquarters (Italy).
